# Delivery

## Everything is digital, so nothing is posted

We sell crochet patterns as PDF files. There is nothing to ship, no delivery charge, and no waiting for the postman.

## When you will get your pattern

**Immediately.** As soon as your payment goes through, an email arrives with your download link. In practice this takes under a minute.

## If it does not arrive

1. **Check your junk or spam folder.** This is where it is nine times out of ten.
2. **Check the address you typed at checkout.** A typo in the email address is the second most common cause.
3. **Email us at hellogurumi@outlook.com** with your order number and we will send the files to you directly, usually the same day.

## How long you can download for

Forever. Your patterns stay available in your account, and you can download them again whenever you like — on a computer, tablet or phone. If you ever lose them, email us and we will sort it out.

## What you will need to open them

Any PDF reader. Your phone, tablet and computer almost certainly have one already.
